I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a short vacation. The spacious rooms and bathrooms were impressive, and the location was ideal. The main reception staff, as well as some junior restaurant staff, were incredibly pleasant and helpful. I was very happy with my stay.

We recently stayed at Grand Hotel D'Europe for our second year anniversary and we were absolutely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff provided exceptional service, addressing all our queries immediately. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed with a perfect blend of traditional and modern elements. The entire property was well-maintained and pristine. We especially loved the thoughtful floral arrangements in our room, which added to the romantic atmosphere. The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the French town and only a 5-minute walk from the Rock beach. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, even accommodating special food requests for our children. The breakfast spread was delicious and the restaurant staff, especially Rajesh, provided exceptional service. we had a pleasant experience and we look forward to returning to this premium property in the future.

location: the hotel was really close to the centre waterfront/promenade and all the shops. the rooms where huge and modern, with a mini bar, satellite tv, and climate control, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Great spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Awesome location, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Puducherry Museum. Plus, there's a popular restaurant, a market, and stores right next door! 🌟

The hotel was nicely set up, with great historic style decor and clean rooms. We enjoyed the delicious food. It was well located in the city and had great indoor/outdoor spaces to relax in.

Street noise and loud music from rooftop events made it difficult to sleep. Some of the staff were not very helpful and there were a few inconveniences, such as not having room service available.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is amazing, with all the attractions just a short walk away. The staff was courteous and helpful, making sure that my stay was comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful swimming pool that the kids and I truly enjoyed. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with the most amazing beds. Breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant were scrumptious.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted with the beautiful floral arrangements in the room, adding a touch of elegance to our celebration. the hotel's staff went above and beyond to ensure all our queries were promptly addressed, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, as it provided easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the lighting in the rooms, as they were somewhat dim and lacked a pleasant ambience. some of the furniture seemed a bit outdated and could benefit from an upgrade.

We had an amazing stay at a vintage yet modern hotel in the heart of White Town. The location was perfect for exploring the neighborhood’s popular restaurants on foot. The rooms were beautifully renovated and kept clean, with large bathrooms and all facilities. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was lovely, with a decent spread of food. We also enjoyed the crystal clear pool and well-maintained courtyards. The staff were hospitable and cooperative, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel could benefit from extending the pool timings beyond 7 pm to accommodate late-night swimmers.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and two things I loved about it were the amazing pool - with crystal-clear water - and the decent breakfast spread. The hotel was located in the heart of town, which was great for exploring the city and visiting nearby restaurants. One more advantage was the spacious rooms, with all necessary facilities like comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

My experience was not perfect. The worst aspect was the loud traffic noise and loud party music from outside the hotel that kept me up until 1 am.

Pros of our stay at this hotel were mind-blowing! The location was super central, surrounded by lots of great restaurants. The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the food quality was good. The staff, especially Diana at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including arranging car hire. We also had a lovely dinner at the hotel's restaurant on our first day. our experience was jaw-droppingly amazing, with courteous staff, clean rooms, and a prime location. Can't wait to plan our next trip here!
